I thought Cay Bay was where Indigo bay is, so maybe going in before the hill?
Lagoonies is considered Cole Bay. So I’m kind of confused

I'm not surprized at all by your question, it's not the sort place you and I go to.
It's the area around and above the GEBE plant.
Very poor, many illegals, and a very big drug scene.

when i hear of a crime, one of the first questions i have is "where did it happen?"....i don't see how trying to understand where the incident happened as "tangential"

Carol I doubt you have been in this area. I don't know if you remember awhile back I told you son was going to the oil tank site on SXM for some training and he said the area was horrible, so unlike all he saw when we took him to the island and stayed at Divi.
