Pre entry form was challenging. Two helpful hints:
1. When entering dates, click on the year to choose the correct date, then slowly move to the month.
2. International numbers must be is this format from US: +1 1234567

No area code?

erb923 is this new since June of 2024. We have been going to SXM every year since 2001 except for 2020 and for the last few years we have not had to fill one out

Yes, an area code is needed, in addition to the "+1" for the phone number to be complete. +1-xxx-xxx-xxxx

I went in Aug.2024 and did not have to fill out the entry form then. I really don't know the exact date it started.

Although it isn’t a formal requirement (you can still go through in-person Passport Control, and you may, even if you have done the electronic form) at least one airline (United?) does require proof that the form has been completed. A better look at Timatic (or whatever other data source that they might use) would clear that up, but that happens at Corporate, not at the gate.

Just arrived today. Filled out the form yesterday with no issues. As was said regarding the phone number, put in a plus sign in front of your country code and then your phone number including area code. Also, any dates needed to input are a little wacky. We arrived today, Jan 18 but had to input Jan 19 for it show up correctly as the 18th. Also ONLY answer question which are required with a red asterisk. If you answer, the what nationality are you question, which does not have a red asterisk, it’ll erase everything you put in up to that point.

The airport was mobbed today, per usual on Saturdays, so I suggest you fill out the form ahead of time or plan to wait in line for a long time. Also, our airline American Airlines seem to think it was mandatory so they asked us for proof that we filled it out. We took a screenshot of our acceptance and that satisfied them.

Curious about your experience with AA. We flew them in November, and weren't asked for proof that we filled out the entry form (we had). Were you able to check in and get your boarding passes online? Where and when did they ask for the proof?

Yes, we did check in and got our boarding passes on line. We did not check a bag, so just went up to the gate. At the gate soon before boarding, they called out our name because there was a question about when we needed a wheelchair. At that time we were asked if we had filled out the form which we had so they put a red OK on our boarding pass. Did they ask everyone who boarded I have no idea. I know there were some people who didn’t fill it out but were able to board. We flew out of.phl.

Did PHL-MIA-SXM and PHL wanted to see the visa, told her it was really like just a confirmation email. She looked, said whatever (it was also 4:40am).

I booked my March trip with Delta earlier this month. When I log into Delta and check my flights, it says that I have documents to provide like a passport (they have my Passport info) and the entry form. There is a button that when I select it, it gives the option to go to entry.sxm to fill out the form. I haven't filled out the entry form yet because I figure two months in advance may be too early.

You can fill it out any time before entry, but they suggest at least seven days.

AF #2 and KLM arrived minutes apart so the cluster begins....AF #1 arrived 18 minutes earlier...

Perhaps AF and KLM should be the airlines checking their pax for entry forms 😂.

We departed from Omaha on AA, did the check in on line and got our boarding passes. When we got to the airport to check our bags we were asked for a copy of our entry forms. I politely explained that there is no print option on line, however I did take a screen shot which I handed to her. She said it is required and couldn't let us the plane without it. I think she's wrong but no point in arguing as I had it.
When I filled them out, I did mine first and thought it odd that when I was done there was not a print option so when I filled out my wife's I did a screen print before I got to the last step to accept it. I went back to mine to edit it, with nothing to edit but for the purpose of taking a screen shot of mine. Thankfully I did. While most here will agree it's not required and the gate agent was wrong, there's no downside to having a copy.....just in case.

There seems to be a lot of inconsistencies regarding this online form, but given it is associated with SXM and the airport arrival, it does not at all surprise me.

There should be a separate line for those that did the form online. And if you get to the kiosk saying you did it and you didn’t you go to
The back of the line!

There are separate lines with the kiosks at the end but when passport control is overwhelmed (AF #1, AF#2, and KLM arriving within 30 minues of each other) they direct passengers that have not filled out the form to the pre-filled form lines thus creating the cluster
