Hello all.
So I did a group registration entry form. All went through, finally. I now realize that there is a change to the actual flight number from WestJet.....the entry form has the original flight number which was WS2652 changed to WS 2276 from T.O and on return the flight number changed from WS2653 to WS 2277. I tried to "edit" the individual people in our group to change flight number.....would not save. Is this a problem? Does anyone know how I would be able to change the flight numbers on entry form.
As I said, I click on the first name,,then edit,,,,and went through the pages until I found flight number box.....I input the correct flight number and then continued through pages....and it would not let me save ......not sure if this info is important to have on the registration form or if I should just go with what I originally input. Will it make a difference when we arrive?

That is the box I am trying to check,,,,but it appears a faded colour and will not let me click it.......when I try I get a red circle with line through......the only thing I wanted to change on each of the 5 people in group was the flight change number. I did not change anything else,,,but no go!

Are you getting any error messages elsewhere along the way? I just went in and made a change to my individual application, and it went through fine. I saw it posted elsewhere that this is still in the experimental/trial phase and is not required yet, but some airlines say it is.

I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Sometimes even when the data is correct, and you pop it in the kiosk at SXM, it still sends you to the immigration officer. . At least then you get an SXM stamp in your passport.
I am travelling tomorrow on WestJet 2276. I put the info in last week.
Will be my third time with the system so far I’m two for two

No error messages, just that last box on page 4 will not do anything when I click on it.

Arrived early today, not a full flight, but a lot of people had trouble, both of us had submitted the form last week, however I was sent to officer when
picture wouldn't come up. and spouse had to fill out the form again right there. When I got to passport check they just stamped It and sent me right on though.
Good thing there were not other flights right behind us.

Thanks for the update on your experience. I sure hope they get this entire thing figured out. It has been a while now, and still no many little errors . I even tried accessing my group registration on chrome rather than Firefox....same thing, last page, will not let me update the correction I put in. The box just simply won;t take my "click" for lack of a better word. I would hope for just seeing an officer, as opposed to having to fill it out all over again while there, lol

Well we arrived on Sunday and it was the worst cluster frick on arrival in over 20 years. They were sending EVERYONE to the pre-filled form lines and that made each person be at the kiosk FOREVER. Took us 20 seconds each after waiting over an hour in this mess...pics taken from the line in both directions...

Edit to add: there was a power failure yesterday afternoon for around 90 minutes...entire Dutch side

So did no one fill the form out correctly?

Was like when we arrived, took like an hour to get to the Kiosk, and after that 2 minutes scan/photo/leave because it was filled out correctly.

Sorry it was an unpleasant arrival experience.

AF and KLM arrived just before us so I think Passport Control was overwhelmed with those that had to fill out the form that they sent some (a lot) to the kiosks which created another mess. Kinda makes you want the old system of filling it out on the flight and just handing it in...

Looks like a lot of unhappy people in line! I saw that GEBE went down again yesterday. Hopefully the rest of your trip will be smooth sailing!
