Arrived Sunday. Never happening again! Toronto Pearson & st Maarten airports both a mess! We circled here 40 minutes for KLM & Air France to land so you know what that means. Spent a long time finding luggage as our flight wasnt listed on any of the carousel boards. Our friend was waiting & whisked us away. Supposed to land 3:17. We were here at 3:17 landed around 4 ish left airport around 4:50. Pictures are lunch at Tropicana. Leg of lamb, chicken cordon bleu, salmon with raspberry sauce & sole meunière as only the French can. Excellent as always. Grand case tonight. I’ll let you know how that goes we are driving but leaving by 8:30 hopefully to come home. No vehicular traffic after 8 guess we will find out.
Sounds like you were somewhat lucky to get out of the airport in 50 minutes, landing after KLM and Air France! Looking forward to hearing about your trip.
Looks like you had a great lunch. Haven't been to Tropicana in some time so looks like we'll try it again. Maybe after a long day and arrival it's a good idea to have a hearty meal and get to sleep early.
