Well, I was the one that did the original post on this new ATM back in September. I have used it a few times. It does dispense $100 bills. I have only used it in the daytime hours and nobody is around. There is always money in it. I take the $100 bills down to the front desk at La Plage and exchange it for $20s. Not a big deal it has always had cash in it. If you have an on Island account, there is no fee. If you use an off Island card it will cost you $10.
The ATM in Casino Royale is a CIBC First Caribbean. They were bought out by Orco Bank. Switch over it will take place in the first week of February so that ATM may have changes, but it is rarely stocked with money. The best options for ATMs that way are the two in the terminal building. They are beside each other at the bottom before you go up the escalator to departure. This is what the ATM beside the Mullet Bay clinic looked like back in September when I posted it the first time.
