Well the service was good as there were only 2 other people there when we arrived. We each had escargot for entrées and we split a 4 1/2lb lobster. The food was OK? But I did get some good pictures of Simpson Bay! One and done.
Sorry you know what he says, and also sorry they are paying ransom money that could be used elsewhere. We stopped there once, settled on cocktails, enjoyed them and talking to the staff. It did not draw us back it seems as we have not been back.
The only place I feel I have enjoyed Caribbean Lobster was at Dany's on Cupecoy, which you have to order in advance. I much prefer cold water lobster, and now I am craving lobster. I did have a nice lobster sandwich at Coconuts in Ft Lauderdale this last week!
The escargot looked good. I miss having escargot at Taste au Vin in GC. (across from Auberge) now gone. It was our ritual to stop there upon arrival and have a bottle of Sancerre, an order of escargot each and split a French baguette.
Whale thanks for posting about Secret Seafood because I had it on our list for our March visit. Now I'll remove it.
We've been there several times and have enjoyed the food, view, and good service. Only problem was that some jerk double parked in front of another customer and would not move, we moved our car so they could get out.
