Happy new year everyone! Anyone that's been to club o beach how is the chair umbrella & parking being handled? It's been stated $30 for 2 chairs & umbrella & if you aren't buying you can't park inside the gate. So are they monitoring gate & collecting there for chairs & umbrella? Arriving Sunday! Yay!

Love the new parking policy. If you are not renting chairs and umbrellas you CAN NOT park in there lot. Make sense right....no mo freeloaders that take all the good spots and makes it a lot easier for older folks that need up close parking.. So pay up or walk.

Almost everyone we have seen set up their own chairs either at the open mid-point area saved by Cedric or further down past the chairs always seemed to be a walker coming from old Pedros. The lot isn’t that big. There are far more Chair-Pairs than there are parking spots. So, I’m sure this affects only a handful of people. Last time we were there we felt a bit rushed to leave the coveted lot so they could pack up and go.

I was there week before last. Cedric's parking was not opened until around 8:30AM. After chain was removed, a rope replaced it. Rope was easily put aside and anyone could enter. It was 12/17 or 12/18. Wind was relentless. Some sea weed in water but next to none on beach. Busy day, 150-200 people at least. Some brought their own chairs. Only 1 porta potty operational. Definitely something that needs attention.

Just wondering about the condition of the beach at club O. We were there this past October, and it was not in the best shape. Our last day there the water was coming under most of the chairs that were set out, even the ones on the back row. Very rocky in the water also, needed water shoes to walk out safely,
Can someone give us an update about the beach itself. Thanks

Only there for 1 day. Beach was great, no rocks, no need for shoes. Only negatives were non stop wind and single portable potty.

After 7+ years, it would sure be nice to have a proper Perch built and proper Perch restrooms.
I assume someone comes and vacuums out the black tank of the portapotties.
