Whale Tail was probably driving a big bulldozer and shovelled the other traffic aside and we'll be reading about it in the paper soon....
(I was working for a Telco in Sydney, Australia a while back when a disgruntled ex-employee stole an APC (armoured personell carrier) and went on a rampage destroying telecommunications towers :D))

In Toronto we use bulldozer for a different reason: like digging ATM machines. Lol

In our area they just steal a car or truck and rip it out with a rope or chain. Weekly occurrence.
