I read in the Daily Herald that bridge opening times have changed. I don't know how to add the link.
Simpson Bay now 2pm changed from 3 pm
Causeway now 4:30 pm changed from 3:30 pm.

The theory is that this will ease the afternoon traffic congestion in that area. I sure hope so, because something needs to be done.
