RIDICULOUS!!!
Any negative comments that have been made about this form are well deserved. I will try not to curse or make derogatory comments about the person or persons who developed this form. Obviously they are not very good at their job. I have submitted the form twice via Google Chrome on my iPad & the message I receive is “loading traveller information, please wait….. I have been waiting for days 😂😂😂. My husband is currently trying to submit via his iPhone. Pure torture!!!! Hoping for a Christmas miracle 🎄🎄

Check your spam box. All you get is an email, and ours was immediate. This was in November.

I hope they get the bugs out before our March trip.I always have trouble with forms.

What if one does NOT fill out the form ahead? Will airlines keep you off the plane? Will SXM refuse you entry?

RonDon,
Our entry on December 7 was pretty seamless. AND, because we had already cleared security when our plane was delayed on return, we had to go back through the lines to spend the additional day. We got through that line pretty fast too.

RonDon we breezed thru last month with form pre filled. We saw many people struggling to complete the form at the kiosk. I have yet to see any information about the process on AA website so I can’t see them denying you access. We return in April and we will attempt to complete the forms well in advance. Hopefully this process will smooth out sooner rather than later.

So I must be in the minority here but the biggest issue is people who didn't fill out the form correctly at home before arriving (arrived Tuesday).

Most of the machines had people tapping away needing help, when done correctly it simply scanned my passport, followed by my face and a green check said proceed to E-Gate.

The E-Gate did a facial recognition scan and bam, you cleared immigration in 2 minutes.

There isn't any "confirmation email" just an email that you applied for the entry form, I showed AA agent in PHL and she sort of said okay, whatever.

You can always re-check your info from that email and make sure everything is correct.

I would agree with erb923 100%. The only difference is I am not sure whether people filled out the online form incorrectly or did not fill it out at all ahead of time, but that is definitely what is slowing the entry process down. There are 18 total kiosks and about 14 of them had people pecking away forever trying to get in.

I know this has probably been answered before but how far ahead of your trip can you fill out the form.

I just completed forms for my better half and myself for our two week visit on Jan 12th and got a confirmation response in maybe 3 seconds for each.

Only issue was that the dates entered are always the day before but once you realize that it;s easy to correct

First I've heard about an entry form. Is this a new procedure for traveling to SXM?

Yes. Form at entry.sx should be filled in before heading out. Started in October. When typing phone number it needs to start with +1
good luck system not always great!

I just filled it out today (12/28) for Feb. 23 and it was processed without any issue.
