Thanks. Never been to Bistrot Caraibes. Maybe sometime I will. We just don't go to GC anymore for dinner.

I thought maybe it was Bistrot, but usually desserts there have a piece of chocolate with their name embossed on it.

Carol, the dessert does have the chocolate piece with the Bistro name on it, but in the picture you can just see the edge of it. Their desserts are always wonderful..just like the rest of the meal!

You are 100% correct on piece of chocolate with name on it.
I understand Scuba that drive is why we chose French side to stay this time.
Tried to have late lunch at 1 of the Lolo today buttttttt
After almost 40 minutes and no food we left should have after 20 minutes when they kept saying 5 more minutes. The place was Sky is the limit for a split second I thought perhaps Scuba's network of spies where out to get me
thinks but I digress ended up at Korner SXM instead I had black Angus burger wife had some type of lobster salad. Since I was hangry it was pretty darn good.

PS
I am such a dessert alcoholic it's amazing that I could take a picture of it.

Actually being that I was born in the South aka where God gets his BbQ from
I didn't mind the fact I was not able to get BBQ ribs not the main reason or type of food I look for in SXM. We ate here years ago and my queen wished to be nostalgic. Now since you live in PNW now and I don't even have a clue other than Salman what passes for BBQ in that area your suggestions is appreciated but just wanted to make sure you understand that I have been Extremely fortunate to eat the best BBQ in the world and it's not in SXM but thanks for letting me know where you would have gone it means alot. thanks

In the PNW, BBQ is a grill, not a food.
