Hi gang. We will be sailing during the holiday week. Any great ideas for a Christmas meal? It will be near the end of our week so Anegada doesn't work. We need to return the boat the next morning to Nanny Cay. We have 2 adults and two teens so a pre-fix meal @ $150 each probably doesn't make sense for the kids in particular. I appreciate any ideas. Thx.

That's a really busy week, so the big question is where you think you can anchor/moor and get back to Nanny Cay the next morning. What kind of boat are you chartering? What time do you need to return the boat? I haven't seen many Christmas menus yet.

Agree. I need to be back at the dock by 9:30-9:45. Chartering a 45 ft. Catamaran.

Contact the Willy T and ask what they're doing for Christmas. That would be a Christmas your teens wouldn't forget, and probably cheaper than Peter Island!

You should be able to motor at 8 knots. If you get underway at 7:30 you could be anywhere in the BVI except Anegada and be fine for a 9:30 return. Cane Garden Bay would be easy if you wanted to follow Manpot’s suggestion. West end would work for that also and it’s only 45 minutes to Nanny Cay.

How about Brandywine?

Brandywine is a great Restaurant, terrible place to overnight. Road is right on the water and noisy. The bay is not scenic.

Brandywine Bay is a hotspot for dinghy theft and boat breakins.
