I downloaded the new online Customs form for the BVI last week. Arrived last night at Beef Island and was told the online forms will not be accepted until after the first of the year.

When we checked in on Sunday the AA clerk asked if we had used the electronic check-in. We both laughed, as did she! It's mandatory after Jan. 1, but I have never seen any BVI government software work as promised. The Covid software was the worst.
