Looking to spend 4-5 days in St Barts as an add on. Any Adults only resorts, where we can be nude? Any Adults only Resorts we can be topless, if there is no nude option?

No nude resorts anywhere on St Barts that I am aware of. However, topless is very prevalent everywhere.

In the past, Grand Saline beach has been clothing optional, have not heard any change there. We stayed near there in 2012 and loved it!

Chuck--yes, we went to Saline a long time ago. I assume, without knowing, it is still c/o. He was asking about a c/o resort though.

Oops, sorry. Although not a c/o resort, we did stay within walking distance of Grand Saline beach in a little inn with a nice pool where we could be nude because our group filled the place, i.e. we "nudified it". I think it was called Saline Gardens but I checked and don't see a place with that name. It may have changed it's name to Fleur de Lune. One just has to be dressed between the inn and the beach. The description sounds like the place where we stayed:
"Nestled in lush vegetation, La Maison Fleur de Lune is the expression of luxury, authenticity and refinement. Let yourself be enchanted by the softness of the fine sand and the colour of the turquoise waters of the magnificent wild beach of Saline, which is accessible on foot.
Fleur de Lune has received the prestigious Green Key Label for its commitment and the promotion of eco-responsible tourism. We look forward to seeing you for an unmissable stay in our house with its 4 lodges, 2 villas and 2 bedrooms. You can privatize this popular place for your events (wedding, birthday...)."

It was very nice then (2012) and from the photos on the website it seems even nicer now.
