Scubaman, my wife thanks you for that information, she is a big fan of Dionne Warwick (Whitney Houston's Aunt) but I think this could cost me big time. The bad news is that is our arrival day so we will be operating on little to no sleep from the night before. I guess we will sleep the next day  The good news is that we are staying right next door at La Terrasse, so I guess we are going to a concert.

Me too! Thanks for the info, Scuba. We will be on island then and I would love to be able both to see her and to support this worthy cause. Please keep us up to date if you see a ticket release announcement.

Wish we were going to be on the island for this concert. A Dionne Warwick concert at the Pittsburgh Civic Arena was the first date that I had with my now wife way back in 1970!

I wish more "old-timers" would perform in SXM. In Aruba we saw the Platters. Another night Nancy Wilson, and Erskine Hawkins.
Only other time I heard of a singer inSXM was at Mario's at the Cliff there was an Edith Piaf impersonator. Great show!
