linkWhat's most interesting about this story to me is that they actually closed the place down for late night music, I guess before they even figured out that they didn't have a valid license to operate.

Also part of the History , is that is was completely destroyed by " fire " and then just rebuilt .

Yes, as I recall, the origin of the fire was in some question, as in, possibly arson.
