Do anyone have any information as to what is happening with the former Roxy’s property?

According to Jason Tamburro the former owner of Roxxy beach. The property was sold out from under his feet for a new hotel!! I have to say, we loved there!! Cocktails were great, the sushi was the best on the dutch side, the atmosphere was very chic!! I hope he rebuilds !!

Just curious but if someone owns a property how does it get sold out from under him? Thanks for the information.
