Statement from the Father. "good morning well apparently this scooter rider was my son , which all papers are legal, he did not hit and run , he self fell and did check on the elderly. He did not wait on the ambulance because he was okay . Might not have been the right choice to leave , but he did come home and told both me and mom. We asked him what happen and he explained. Well, if all in the article is true, it is a hit and run. Left the elderly man lying in the road with a probably broken leg...
