I know people here have mentioned this meal before. We haven't tried it but it sounds really good. So many restaurants, so little time!

The article says to call for reservations so I assume they DO take reservations.

Shelby--yes, I have one somewhere also. Unfortunately, I think it's probably packed away in a box!! duh I think it would be fun for a football game though..

CaribLee--I see you answered your own question. I haven't been there before, so don't know.

Carol.....that's exactly when we use our fondue set. It's a lot of fun to snack on fondue while watching a big game.

Yes Carol, I have mentioned the Juliette's cheese fondue special on previous posts, it's a must do on everyone of our trips usually more than once. But we did have a not so good experience on our last trip last Feb/Mar visit. The server brought the fondue to our table and in the pot was a liquid (wine?) and a ball of cheese. I thought we'll give it a few minutes and see if the cheese would melt down, it didn't so we called the server over and told her this isn't right. She took the fondue and returned a little while later with another fondue and guess what, we got another ball of hard cheese in the pot. I blamed it on someone in the kitchen not knowing what they were doing, so we gave up that night and the server took $10 off our bill. We returned a couple of weeks later to try again and everything was perfect.
CaribLee I would recommend making reservations just to be sure you get a table. One year while staying at Flamingo we walked by early afternoon and I stopped to make a reservation for that night and the server on the patio said to me that it wouldn't be necessary that night. When we showed up that night the first thing we were asked was do you have a reservation!!! We said that we were told we didn't need one earlier in the day and the end result was that we were turned away. Even though we have had a couple of not so good experiences we will definitely return again, sometimes you don't get the "A" team.
