Airport says their generator is back up now, so that's good anyway. No telling when GEBE will be back up.

GEBE possibly came back on some places at 8 am, but not everywhere. They posted at approximately 8:30 AM, as follows:
"Our technicians are diligently working to bring engines 14 and 15 online in building 4. Gradually, cables are being restored. The Hospital, School districts and other priority areas have been restored. We kindly ask for the public's patience as we restore all other areas. "

Carol , they just had a Iive broadcast on Radio , and the only place to come back on is Pelican.

URGENT PUBLIC NOTICE
NV GEBE regrets to inform the community that we are experiencing technical difficulties at the power plant, which has resulted in an island wide black out.
The Power Plant team is currently working diligently to restore power to the affected areas as swiftly as possible. The Belair cable that feeds the (priority) Hospital has been restored.
This matter is being handled with utmost priority. Further updates will be shared throughout the day.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Yes lol , but will wait till the demand drops hence the price , but we have two freezers , hence no problem with spoilage and also looking to start with Solar Hart to deal with the pool pump . Will figure it out next year , still have to deal with our Son doing Visual Arts and Graffic Design in Toronto studies and he will go back and finished as we had told next year . Sa la vie life Bro at least he is totally focused on his Art from his head . Blessings .

And Ps : Time has changed , my Dear loving Wife work shows figures and not liquid cash , hence with our assets , our two children will actually see $$$$ down the road . They have no worries plus they will just make money from our property in Beacon Hill but not by selling just good management . Proud .
