KKO used to have a pear and arugula pizza with duck and Roquefort cheese. The crust was thin, but not cracker-thin, and the flavor was excellent.

Driftwood used to have great pizza made by the little old lady in the van, but now pretty sure they use the pre made pizza shells. Will be trying Romas and Don this August / September

We had their pizzas at least a couple of times on our Dec/23 visit and saw the chef (male) throwing the dough in the air. I don't think you can do that with a pre made shell. We used to go to a place in Grand Case that was an Alsace restaurant for pizza with ham and cheese and white sauce but alas that place is gone. But I found the same pizza at Trader Joes
