After a wonderful day at Mullet came back to Flamingo for a quick dip in the pool and a frozen margarita from the bar. Short walk to the Greenhouse for a prime prime rib dinner. So good, tender and perfectly prepared as usual. Odessa really takes care of us.

This is on my list for my next trip. I like prime rib, if it is good, but have never tried it at The Greenhouse.

Keep in mind the king cut is huge. We always get the queen cut which is plenty for us. Rare is perfect. Best to reserve as they do sell out.

If/when I go, it will be early and a queen cut is plenty for me.
