For those who were fortunate to enjoy dinning at Les Galets in Orient, it is going to reopen in July with a new team.
Hubert the previous chef has assured a wonderful dining experience
The new chef has mentioned that the cheese cart will not be as expansive
I would imagine a review will be coming shortly from our on island restaurant foodie
