What a sleazy move by the Flamingo group. I'm not surprised at all.

I saw that in the paper this morning. I actually wasn't sure what the purpose was.

I saw some of the equipment being delivered but never ventured out to see what was going on. Was told they are putting in a smoking section and expanding the breakwater. Not sure what to believe but will investigate July 6th when we return.

With apparently no concern as to what damage they’re doing to the shoreline:, The only ‘line’ theyre interested in is their bottom line!

I would suggest we wait and see what the outcome is and not jump to conclusions or speculate.

Considering the SXM government never stops anyone from doing anything, I think the verdict of guilty has already been delivered on this one.

That is quite an assumption for an attorney to make since I always heard innocent until proven guilty. Let's see how this plays out. Probably more to this story than we all know.

I've seen a lot more than you think. Caption says NO Permit. We don't know that for sure. Just because it wasn't presented doesn't mean it wasn't issued. I'll wait till the full story is told.
