I saw some of the equipment being delivered but never ventured out to see what was going on. Was told they are putting in a smoking section and expanding the breakwater. Not sure what to believe but will investigate July 6th when we return.

Considering the SXM government never stops anyone from doing anything, I think the verdict of guilty has already been delivered on this one.

That is quite an assumption for an attorney to make since I always heard innocent until proven guilty. Let's see how this plays out. Probably more to this story than we all know.

I've seen a lot more than you think. Caption says NO Permit. We don't know that for sure. Just because it wasn't presented doesn't mean it wasn't issued. I'll wait till the full story is told.
