Hi all. Question about enter BVI using Sail Clear. We will be entering on a private vessel owned by someone else. The owner has a sail clear account from their recent visit. Should we use the account they already created or create a new one. I guess the question is… does sail clear go with the boat or the captain? The owners will not be with us.

In my experience sailing the Caribbean chain, the SailClear account is owned by the "user." You add vessels and crew. When you arrive/depart you file a report, add the vessel and crew, and the remaining details regarding date, time, port, and length of stay.
