9.3mm/hour is still considered light to moderate rain; and the weather models show the main part of the heavy thunderstorm/rain going north of Tortola tomorrow. I'm going to get the same weather systems here in St. Martin.

We had the same in St. Martin yesterday afternoon. But the rain was short-lived and not close to the levels needed for flooding. The sun is coming out now
