Just a couple of changes that people may or may not be aware of in Maho. A new fast food burger place will open up next to Mr. Chow. Their goal is to have fast food, No waiting. One of the owners used to work at the Driftwood until recently. Second, a proposed Mixed residential commercial development is proposed between Maho Pharmacy and the medical clinic. 18 one bedroom residential units and six street level commercial units. Of course course at this point it is only a proposed development. Who knows what the timeframe will be.

Yes, it is our tall Serbian friend who was serving drinks to the people in the lounge chairs at Driftwood. His name is Vuk. The last year or so he called himself Alex because it was easier for the tourists to remember that name.
