We tried Seafood Vibes for the first time last night. It was a bit of a mixed bag. It is a small restaurant with only 5 inside tables. There were three other tables occupied when we arrived. The wife chose one of the two remaining tables which she later regretted as she was hot and unlike the other tables, our table had no fan blowing on it. Wine was served quickly and 10 minutes later we were brought some garlic bread which was decent but nothing special. That's when the wait began. Apparently they have a one person kitchen and it took 55 minutes to finally get our meal. Service was attentive and we were told numerous times that our food would be out shortly. Since the wife was already uncomfortable due to the heat, the wait seemed even longer. On the plus side, both of our meals were quite good. We both had the whole snapper (one grilled and one fried). They came with a salad and one side. The fish was good to very good and my side of sweet potato fries was outstanding....as good as I have ever had. I would go back for the food but not sure I will based on the long wait time.
Thanks for the info Carib Lee. I tried to go in early February but it turns out they are closed on Mondays I did talk with Sharon, the owner back then she was very pleasant.. I will probably walk over and give it a try.
