French side my TMobile Android Samsung S23 Ultra...totally stopped. Kept stating "no internet connection". Dutch side 3 days FINE, all worked everywhere on Dutch side. Wt? Unlimited data in my plan so never need internet.
Total frustration...my husband's old S9 worked! At least we could use his to get around, but damn!
Anyone experience this?

couple of times this happened to me. Check what network you are on Orange and Digital are the only ones that worked with my Verizon travel pack. Some other networks with numbers got locked on to my phone but i could not use them for anything.

We had no problems with Verizon on the French side last April, November, or December.

I just switched to TMobile. Could you share the steps they told you to take?

I have a S 23+ and T-Mobile and have had no issues at all in SXM or Aruba. I would just reboot your phone and see what happens ....but you don't need internet for cell service.

I should have added that i think is was my phone an S 23 that locked onto the other networks for some unknown reason. I reset what network I wanted and was fine, a reboot may have done the same thing. I will also add that this time I was on a different Verizon plan that you can use if you are staying over 30 days

if you have your phone set to 5G, make sure to turn that off since there is no 5G on the island. I found that out one of the times I was there since my phone was set to automatically use 5G
