We went for one last prime rib night. I had the prime rib and my wife had the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos, both were very good. I also had the coldest Carib ever. At the end my wife went up to the bar to pay with the credit card, that's when our waitress walked by me at the table and said to me "The bartender is hitting on your wife" grin

Looks good, but just a question. Is that how prime rib is usually served now, grilled like a steak? That's how it was the last time I had it. Years ago it was served like a piece of roast, which is how I prefer it.

Last May/June it was served like it was just carved of the roast. Not grilled.
