Good Morning.
A group of 12 college friends (from a long time ago; we're old now.) are looking for a six-bedroom Villa on St. John for rent in February of 2025. We're looking for a hot tub with a view of the night sky. If not that, a pool with a view of the night sky. (There's a theme here.) Other than that, the requirements are few, up to $25k for the week. Is there anything out there that VRBO doesn't show? TIA.

I don't have any specific suggestions for you. However, just a question-- why aren't you looking at villa rental sites, not just VRBO?? Many large villa owners don't want to handle things themselves. If I were going to spend that kind of money, I would want to have someone not affiliated with the villa that could answer questions for me, that hopefully has even seen the property in question.
Best wishes.

Check out https://stjohn-villarentals.com/ - they list 15 6-bedroom villas. Most villa management companies and villa owners shy away from VRBO due to the steep fees. Cheers, RickG

Reach out to - https://www.cateredto.com/?gad_source=1#!/ Or https://blueskyluxurytravels.com/The owner of the latter lived on STJ and reps large villas. Personally, I would never rent $25,000 over vbro. I would want a well established on island rental agency or experienced agent.

Thank you very much. I appreciate those leads.
This is all the exact information I was looking for. I've never searched for such a large villa, and VRBO was my only real source for smaller ones.

I second Rick’s recommendation. While we are BVI based sailors, whenever we stay on STJ (usually once per year) we use the referenced website. Might also want to check out Calichi - you could rent several of their two bedroom villas. Incredible views of almost the entire BVI island chain, gorgeous common infinity pool, and hot tub.

This is on my wish list for a large group trip. https://www.villacincin.com/The owners a long time presence in the STJ rental market.

We're planning a BVI sailing trip for 3 of the couples the week prior to STJ. Thanks for the link!
