The daily question asked most often on vacation to SXM is where do you want to have dinner tonight. Well tonight the plan was maybe Roma's for bar appetizers at the bar or The Palms if they had parking close by, well we found parking close by, so we ate the Palms. Never disappoints. My wife had Mahi Mahi with Garlic Shrimp and a side of garlic mash potatoes. I had the Drunken Ribs with garlic mashed potatoes and thanks to Todd's recommendation a side order of mushroom sauce to dip my potatoes in.

Looks good. Especially the Mahi Mahi. Have never been a fan of their drunken ribs.

Scuba, the mahi mahi was very tasty, with garlic shrimp. Highly recommend it. Mashed potatoes and mushroom sauce on the side. Wonderful. Excellent meal tonight. 👌

We were there Monday because we have to go on a night my daughter can have goat curry with roti. It was good as always, so tender and flavorful. My husband and I enjoyed the grilled whole snapper. Simple but so fresh and tasty. We had a reservation and it was full.

We must have got lucky last night with no reservations. Walked in around 7:15 and got a table for 2 outside. By the time we left there was 1 or 2 tables left.
