If people could remember to take a picture of the menu during their restaurant visits, and then just post as part of their trip report (hint, hint!!! ), the info would be up to date.

Maybe design the page so only you can post menus that appear in other trip reports or posts. Just an idea.

Scuba--Tropicana and Le Piment are on the French side so I assume without knowing that the prices that Jeepers posted there are in Euros.

Like every restaurant having a website?

Georgia--I'm not sure your position on that, from this post. To ME, a restaurant should have a website. Period.

Unfortunately, updating a website is hard for most people, while uploading a photo to Facebook is easy.

Frankly, I think that's a cost of doing business, to update your REAL website. However, it's been my experience that even most FB pages for restaurants don't have any menus. Or if they do, it's difficult to find them.

That's good. I had one for my business too and when I sold it the new owner doesn't keep it updated. Some don't have the skills or take the time.

It's not really rocket science, just spend a couple of bucks for a real website, But especially if the business just does a FB page, it's pretty simple. With the competition in SXM in restaurants, why would someone not have a page of some nature?

It looks absolutely wonderful. You have nothing to apologize for, the appearance is no different than a thousand other kitchens as you are cooking. Besides, I'm always impressed by the quality and taste of the finished product much more so than the appearance of the plating. Thank you so much for sharing.
