Does anyone have any idea how hard it will be to get a dinner at a restaurant Saint Patrick’s Day?
We are arriving at 2pm and staying at La Playa. We will be several hours getting to Orient Bay, with bags, immigrations and travel time .

Not sure its really a thing on Orient Beach, but if you have hopes for green stuff, I would do Peter McCool SXM or Yellow Sub SXM

Hopefully wont be too many hours for arrival!

Oh thought you actually wanted somewhere that might celebrate St Patrick's day.

Just walk to the Orient Village dining square and should be pretty simple to find a dining spot, Sunday so some places might be closed.

There is also a couple of take-away pizza places (BO Pizza and Bama Mama), good luck.

AH this conversation reminds me of how much we miss West Indies Tavern.

They decorated the front of the building with green crepe and served corned beef and cabbage that day. Not inexpensive but back in the 80's I doubt anything shipped to the island was cheap.

Yes. One of the first places we went to on our first cruise stop.

Toppers on the Dutch side do a fair corned beef and cabbage.
