We always went to Karakter every Thursday night when we were on island but understand it has closed and reopened. There was a beautiful black woman who sang there every Thursday night and had a voice from God, does anyone know by any chance who she was and if she performs anywhere else on the island? Thank you much!

Yes she was amazing but I doubt she is three anymore as they are more after the higher end money French crowd now since the ownership change. I see that Billy Jagger is singing there some nights now. Bring your earplugs if you go then. I think maybe she is singing at No Where special maybe?? Not sure.
