Anybody have a read on how Orient Beach is today? How is wind? Dawn Beach was wonderful yesterday and today looks like more of the same weather! Thanks.

We haven't been back to Dawn Beach since Busby's. Is there parking, food , and chair rental now, other than at the Westin?

There is plenty of parking just past Big Fish and there is the Veranda restaurant/convenience store at the Oyster Bay end of the beach. The only chairs are Oyster Bay's but they will rent them to non-guests.

Before Irma, Dawn Beach was one of the best on the island and it has a wonderful coral reef! Do yourself a favor and check out this lovely beach!! You can thank me later! LOL

Trouble with Dawn Beach is that it's usually inundated with seaweed and nobody bothers to clean it up.

On the contrary, at least for the last 5 weeks it has not had much seaweed and it is cleaned up using the beach cleaning machine by 7:30.
