I would look at any of the electronics shops in Philipsburg.
Some of the stores on Back Street might be an option also. It depends on how much you want to spend.

Not sure why the OP specified inexpensive, but they did, twice. Perhaps they are looking for a piece to use for just this trip, because they left their good binocs at home. P'burg is the place to be, probably Back Street.

Both Budget Marine and Island Waterworld carry some affordable semi-quality binoculars.

I bought a small pair in a camera store on Front Street in Philipsburg several years ago. They came in a zippered case and have traveled all over with me.
