Very brief description of our days -

Arrived Jan 11th via IAD-STT on United ,before we (crew of 8) were off the plane I was contacted by the taxi driver with Island Time stating the taxi was waiting outside of the luggage area to take us to Red Hook where our water taxi waiting . The water taxi was flawless checking us in at West End and then proceeding to Fat Hogs Bay .Upon arrival to the dock we were greeted by Brent of Captains Compass our boat was ready and waiting for us . After stowing our luggage half of the crew took a taxi arranged by Brent to super market while others waited for Tico's order . After putting the provisions away we walked to nice little bayside restaurant for dinner and then retired to sleep aboard

Jan 12th - In the morning Brent had us off the dock and in the Drake heading for North Sound where we picked up a mooring at Saba and then enjoyed a nice lunch on the boat, played around in the water and then HH/dinner at Saba . After dinner the majority of the crew went over to Bitter End to check progress on rebuild and hung out for a bit

Jan 13th- Breakfast on boat and then headed to Anegada with ideal sailing conditions doing between 7-8 knots . Picked up mooring in front of hotel , rented a truck and then proceeded to Sids and Tipys to catch up with some friends and enjoying their locations . We returned to the boat with appetizers from Tipys, enjoyed a few more cocktails watching the sunset and then dinner on the boat

Jan 14th- Staying in Anegada , breakfast at the hotel , had the truck for another and headed to Loblolly snorkeling and beach time , lunch at Cow Wreck were we meet some friends and had a short visit with Ms Belle , HH at Tipys with Andrew and Brandon keeping the crew going with some great songs and then to Sids for dinner where we had some amazing tacos and ribs

Jan15th - Breakfast on boat and then headed to Marina Cay , another great sailing day going thru cut between Scrub and Great Camanoe where we picked up a mooring . It was nice to have Marina Cay back open since Irma , we had lunch in a nice open air restaurant and then hung out on the patio and beach area playing games , snorkeling and enjoying the location. My first visit to MC was 22 years ago heading up the hill for the Beans HH show , the facilities have changed drastically since that first visit but we have always enjoyed this place

Jan 16th - Set off early to Sandy Spit , had breakfast there and then enjoyed the water and spit , proceeded to Great Harbor picking up a mooring . taxi at the dingy dock and headed to White Bay for lunch and cocktails back to Great Harbor and Corsairs for cocktails and pizza to go from "cheeseburger dave "

We learned of Kenroy's tragic accident prior to arrival and were sadden ,we reflected on how we remember him being so friendly and smiling while going from boat to boat in the mornings- Rest In Peace Kenroy

Jan17th - Breakfast on boat,

Was incredible surprise and humbled to meet Kenroy's brother working the boats with ice, trash and treats .He stated his family was coping and his Mother was getting thru it by reading all of the popstive social media posts .

Off to West End for some provisions and picking up a mooring at Norman , hung out on the boat for a while as Pirates was very busy with some day boats and cruise ships excursions that were pretty much gone by 3 pm , went to Pirates for HH and appetizers , snorkeling and a visit to the Willie T , dinner on boat

Jan 18th - Breakfast on boat , quick stop at the Indians and then to Cooper picking up a mooring ,lunch , snorkeling , beach time , rum bar , dinner on boat

Jan 19th - Breakfast on boat and then off to Fat Hogs Bay to return the boat , very brief debriefing with Brent , taxi to Nanny Cay , dropped luggage off to hotel and headed to pool to relax and lunch , HH at Omars and dinner at Peg Leg

Jan 20th - breakfast at Omars - water taxi from Island Time , checking out of BVI and back into USVI was flawless, taxi was waiting for us at Red Hook and then STT for flight

I highly recommend these owner operated business below that we patronized on my 23 trip and will again :

Great report thanks for sharing.

Manpot - the music level there is even higher than the $500 tabs. Sometimes you can’t even hold a conversation when at Tipsy because of it. Wish Corsair’s had stayed closed. The stories I have heard from locals have made me vow to never support that establishment.

There were 7 of us each having a two or three drinks and 2 large pizza to go was just under $200.00 If I recall the pizzas were around $40.00 each which were good size with plenty of toppings which I though was reasonable

I never experience the music at Tipys being to loud - Ann and Andrew are very aware of their customers and cater to them - Potters is a different story

I took the reference to be Tipsy Shark at JVD, not Tipsy at Anegada and the sounds coming from Corsair's . . .

You fit 7 in the truck you rented? Thinking there are 8 of us and not sure we can get a vehicle to fit us all. Taxi rates on Anageda seem pretty high to get to Loblolly.

Most of trucks for rent have bench seats in the bed - can probably transport 10 people
