My family arrived on the same flight on 1/20 as we did on Friday 1/19. In and out of customs and baggage claim in less than 20 mins on a Saturday! My rental car guy says wait times depend on Air France or delayed flights.
Air France usually arrives 2:50 AST.

Stayed at pool then went to BBB for burgers and a fun reggae night.

On Sunday went to church at St. Martin of Tours to give my family some feel of the island experience.. after church went to Chesterfields for breakfast. Day at pool for kids then a difficult trip to Grand Case -went through Sandy Ground and Marigot.
Traffic in Sandy Ground was bad -somebody said it was festival practice but it caused us to be 20 mins late for our reservation at La Villa. Wanted family to experience Grand Case and the Villa was traditional French and always good. They were very accommodating for our tardiness. In all a great experience, especially driving home over the mountains the kids laughed all the way.
