Has anyone purchased contact lenses on the island? I have a current Rx from my doctor. Long story short - we've had a freak blizzard / weather situation here in TN and we're going to be lucky to make it to the airport - let alone across town to the PO Box where my contacts delivery is sitting. I had some initial contact with an eyewear center in Phillipsburg but they never responded. Essentially, I'm trying to either place an order with an eyewear center on-island in advance of our trip, or find a place already stocked with my Rx. Any tips appreciated. (Also, looking into ordering 1-800-Contacts and having them shipped to our villa rental agency).

You can do FedEX to the island, I know, but it will be darn expensive. Good luck!

Get an UBER to go and get your contacts and deliver them to you as soon as possible. It would be worth the money to have them with you for your trip.
