We are not used to arriving just before sunset but with the reported airport arrival issues it definitely seem to be an advantage. Arrived from JFK on JB at 530p, got packed onto the bus, walked right to Immigration, bags arrived after a few minutes and out of the airport. We were in our rental car (Hertz) and on the road by 605p. I was amazed. This was the fastest time to be on the road in many years. Obviously being the only aircraft deplaning helped.

A couple of quick notes....we walked to Lee's for our later than usual arrival meal and had great service and food. I will mention that on the bill, written in pen, was a 15% service charge making it quite obvious. I paid with a CC and just received a receipt...no place to add a tip or need to sign. I did leave a bit more...nothing sneaky here.

Note #2....we stay in our 5th floor upper B building place at SBR ...almost at the far south side of the building. The music from Roxy was very noticable and wonder how those at the Atrium and Royal Palm deal with it. If we could hear it that far away I can't imagine what being closer to it is like.

Now I need my coffee....and some tennis...but the courts look a tad wet from up here
