Any details available on the two tourist fatalities at Smuggler’s Cove and Long Bay, East? Not sure if they were both drownings, or medical emergencies…
Also, apparently there is no lifeguard at Long Bay, East? If the cruise lines are sending/servicing passengers there, it seems a lifeguard would be required…

I don’t know what the requirements are for each cruise line or each island but I know that cruise ships used to send folks to Dawn Beach on SXM and there were no lifeguards.
