Isn’t the power plant on Cole Bay? This says Cay Bay and from their website appears to be being located on the beach below Indigo.

eightzerobits--I think you may be correct with regard to the location. I thought Cole Bay was around the corner, but the pictures on the website look like Indigo. That website is weird though. All I get is pictures and no sound and no info. Is there somewhere to click on the website that I'm missing?

Yea it's not great or obvious, but you should be able to scroll down to see more info. I'm attaching a screenshot of the location.
