Lovely Trip report. We were astonished last winter at the crowds on St John when we returned for the first time in a while. The VI has certainly gotten much busier post covid and exponentially since we found both US and BVI over 20 years ago, glad for the folks making a living. But miss the simplicity of the days gone by.

Thank you Toast! I know I couldn't believe how many people we saw on the beaches, especially since it was the end of October / being of November (not high season yet).

Thanks for the memories. I have not been back to St John since they closed Maho Bay Camps. The first time I went to St John was in 1992. We stopped at Maho Beach on our way to the camp ground around 3 pm in February and there was no one else on the beach. Things have changed over the years, but the beaches still look beautiful. I really enjoyed the video of your ride to Cinnamon Bay. Like you, we always preferred to ride on the top deck of the ferry, but once had a wave come crashing over the top on our way home, giving us a salt water shower.

What a fantastic trip report! It's been a few years since our last trip to St. John and the BVI's. You certainly refreshed all my great memories. The beaches are absolutely beautiful! Think it's time to go back. Thanks again for all the great photos. (Also enjoy all your Key West reports).

Thank you LBI2SXM! Yes the beaches are indeed beautiful, nothing like Key West but still love both places and expect another Key West one this up and coming year smile
