I was surprised that they didn't go up much over last year which was less than the year before. Only 42.00 more for a 2 bed lockout. Here is the breakdown. Two bed lock out is 1449.17 + 225.00 reserve = 1674.25 total a week Oceanside studio is 1255.43 + 197.31 reserve = 1452.74 total a week I know some will chime in that it is way too high but I feel I'm getting what I pay for many times over. I know what units I'll have when I get there and since mine are fixed weeks I know my dates to book airfare early for best rates and itinerary..

My reasons, too, for being happy with my timeshare! (We own at Pelican- Simpson Bay Resort)

Ours also went up slightly this year, but our three-week stay at La Vista Beach is still a great value. Excited to be returning there soon!

Our little increase was mostly in the reserve fund for future needs. The actual MF was minimal due to increased insurance costs and projected increase in labor and supplies.

Question from someone who has never used a timeshare: what is a two bed lock out? Thanks

It's two complete individual one bed units connected with a pass door. Each unit has it's own entry door too. These lockout units at Flamingo have their own dishwashers, clothes washer/dryers, full size refrigerator, bathroom king bed etc.
