Not sure if you are referring to clearing customs as an individual or clearing a boat in to the BVI. Regardless they take cash. If an individual there is a 10 dollar fee for the environment. If a boat the fee depends on the day of the week, phase of the moon and the customs guy you get!

Bomba rules- Thanks- I heard Air passengers don't have fees because they are built into the fare- is that correct. Thanks for your assists here.
