Lesley--what does that mean? I know someone told me that the owner of the Morgan had had some pumps clean out the area in the past.

Carol , can't say exactly who is paying for this pumping , but what I did notice while walking during some rain, a lot of water runs out from Morgan Resort into the road . Go figure. But thanks for asking .
