I hear there were more than fifty boats last night in Trellis. Any idea why?

I need to make a calendar of all the regattas so I can avoid them. Anyone have a list?

You only need to avoid the anchorage a regatta is using on a specific night. They actually suck boats away from the other anchorages leaving things wide open.

We were there during the BVI Spring Regatta this year. No issues at all.

Agree George. That is why keeping note of when they are occurring and ideally knowing the itinerary would be good. I’ve encountered several large flotillas at times and like regattas while they are great for those involved, they suck mooring availability and restaurant resources so I just play avoidance.

Only bumped into the Interline folks at North Sound. Wasn't aware of the regatta. Otherwise, they were easy to avoid throughout the week.
