It looks like upper level windshear & steering weather systems will diminish its strength. It will eventually turn north. But it looks like windshear will make certain it’s not strong. Again hopefully we get some much-needed rain but I’m not betting on that at this point. Drphilsxm

Expect a good amount of rain with possible flash flooding and windy conditions.

The storm is worst on the southeast side of the circulation and not causing bad weather for now. So go enjoy the day but always keep an eye to the sky!

Guadeloupe recorded 12.4 inches of rain totals with dangerous flooding. Be safe!

The sea is churned up but there does not seem to be much of a tidal surge on Simpson Bay Beach. All businesses are closed for the day and motorists are advised to stay off the roads. Attached Images
